Digitized Business Model Development

In today’s fiercely competitive global economy, the ability to craft innovative business models is paramount for sustainable success. Within this context, we proudly present our workshop entitled “Business Model Innovation for Sustainable Competitiveness. In this transformative workshop, participants will embark on a journey to identify and shape company-specific business models of the future, harnessing the power of the renowned Business Model Canvas methodology. This workshop is structured into two distinct phases:

Theoretical Foundations and Interdisciplinary Exchange: The first part of the workshop is dedicated to establishing a solid theoretical understanding of business model innovation. Participants will engage in interdisciplinary discussions, gaining valuable insights into the latest trends in platform models, artificial intelligence, and digitalization.

Action-Based Learning for Innovation: Following the theoretical groundwork, the workshop transitions into a practice-oriented, action-based learning format. Participants will apply their newfound knowledge to generate and elaborate upon individual business model innovations. This phase is underpinned by the scientifically founded approach known as the Business Model Navigator. It allows immediate practical application, ensuring that theoretical foundations and tools are put into practice effectively.

Our workshop is tailored to cater to the needs of a diverse audience, including but not limited to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals across industries. If you are keen to explore an efficient and structured approach to business model development, this workshop is designed for you. The workshop will contain the following learning objectives:
